As a Product Manager at KoinWorks, I leverage my five years of experience and my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science to craft quality products across multiple platforms, including mobile apps, desktop, and internal tools. I have led several significant projects, such as building a comprehensive eKYC system that uses OCR, liveness detection, face match, and third-party verification to increase user acquisition and growth while also anticipating risk. I have also developed two e-commerce apps to support offline business operations of the Kawan Lama group, a major retail company in Indonesia. Additionally, I have implemented Mixpanel and designed a customer 360-view data architecture to empower teams to drive informed decisions and foster product growth and quality.
